In 1981, The Head Injury Foundation of Indiana was the first group that saw a need for energetic, nonprofit work in the brain injury area. Times have changed, but not the emphasis and importance on brain injury survivors and their families.

BIAI is a non-profit dedicated to the education, preservation, and prevention of Traumatic Brain Injury (#TBI). In addition, the organization will will provide information and resources to survivors of TBI and their families and caregivers.
